slow approach

hi, im so stuck in my ways its ridiculous. after a severe restricted diet i have managed to gain 27 pounds after i had lost 20 in a six month period of time :wacko: about 2-3 weeks ago i decided i needed to do something, not sure what but id start it all slow. right now i just try to make healthier choices and the goal is to lose 1 pound a week, which is definately slow. so far im down 4 pounds. i have to admit losing weight slowly can drive you mad especially when you get on the scale and it hasnt moved or said you have actually gained, based on what type of food you ate prior days or the amount of fluids you've had... you might have lost but its not reflected.. i want to weigh once a week but i think eventually i need to just weigh myself once a month...
