Small gush of fluid in night...

Hi Girls,
Am sooo looking forward to everything starting and bubba being here!

Woke last night due to a small gush of fluid (def felt it but not too much on PJs or bedding - just felt slightly damp if that), was awake most of night waiting to see if any more would come....and nothing.

No more fluid or any contractions so far today

Anything to be concerned about or should I just carry on playing the waiting game? Having sharp pains down there, which I imagine is baby rubbing on cervix and have had a few (about 5) braxton hicks since monday.

Could baby be thinking about it?

Hey.

when my waters broke with ym daughter it was at 4am. about 20mins later i started getting my contractions.... so maybe it wasnt your waters?

That said - i would be foning the hosp anyw, as they need to check you to be sure, to prevent infection!
