We bought Flexi a SmartTrike for his birthday, but the handle has now cracked, meaning it's impossible for us to steer and control. Does anyone know where we can get a spare from? I emailed what I thought was their official website but haven't had a reply...

I think it's out of guarantee... Not sure I have the receipt. But to be honest, I actually hadn't thought of that!!

its worth a shot just tell a lil white lie of you didnt buy it long ago and cant find your receipt (sp?) and fx they will change it for you
