Thank you ladies, well I have stuffed it in the freezer in portions so I can pull it out occasionally I thought I would go fo the freezing bit and then small bits jsut to satisfy the desire!!! Bagel and cream cheese with black pepper lemon and smoke salon here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
