I've hadthis weird like, tightening, I guess, in my upper uterus on the lefgt side only. It doesnt hurt or anything but its just strange. any ideas on what this might be or if I should be worried??

and...

The baby just started kicking up a storm like hard fast kicks(punches?). Is it just baby moving or should I worry?

I think is just brax, thats kind of what mine feel like.

Okay but I get it like every 10 minutes and its JUST. that. spot. like someone is twisting right there

Could it be baby that you are feeling?
My LO sticks her back out and it feels really tight & sore when she does it.
But it's only just started and you're only 21 weeks so I'm guessing it probably isn't.
I would give your MW/OBYN a call, but it may be BH.
x

no it doesnt feel like baby. baby always moves really low like inside of my pelvis. and I would but I havent been able to go to one yet because of freaking medicaid

Ah ok, I'm not very clued up on medicaid or anything over there.
Is there anyone you could see/call without medicaid?

No america is greedy and we have to pay for everything its 1300 for an appointment without insurance thats 6 weeks of pay.

none at all whatsoever. I got an ultrasound at a clinic that only takes women up to 16 weeks and they only do proof of pregnancy and 1 ultrasound. but thats all. other than that its been back and forth, too and from the OB/GYN in tears because something about my medicaid went wrong again. I finally called and told them that if anything happened to my baby I was sueing them because they are my health care providers and cant get their act together enough to send me to the doctor.

WTF. I have medicaid. It took me like 30 days to get approved, and I go to monthly doc appointments free of charge.... whats going on with yours? You haven't been approved yet or something?
And what your feeling sounds a lot like your uterus stretching.

I don't know. first they took their sweet ass time approving me it took the full 40 days so I was like 14ish weeks then it took like a month to actually get into the doctor but I didn't have a legit program so I called and they said they would set me up with the program that the doctor I tried to go to took and I went BACK to the doctor and they told me that it was the wrong program and that I would have to call medicaid and have them change it. Medicaid said it would take 15-30 days and it's been almost 30 and no sign of them what so ever

Oh like its not full prenatal Medicaid? You probably got Medicaid HMO or something. I'd keep going up to Department of Children and Families every few days until they got something done about it. It might depend on the state you're in too. Thats not right, they can't deny you all prenatal care.

No it's full medicaid. My case worker just didn't sign me up for a program (I didn't know you had to pick one oops) until I went to the dr and then when I told her the OB/Gyn I wanted she looked her up and said she would put me on her health care plan then put me on United Health Care instead of Community Health Choice which is apparently what they take.

Hmm... I've never heard of that. Every doctor around here accepts full medicaid. There is no special programs we had to sign up for. That sucks :( I hope they fix it soon. I'd be such a bitch about it until they worked out the problem.

Jacksonville, Florida. Which is why is may be different, because Florida has a completely computerized system, and everything is always taken care of (as far as Medicaid) within 30 days. They don't let them sit.

Sometimes I have BH like that or sometimes it actually her pushing on one side.

Idk, I've been counting them but they are really sporadic like I'll have 7-8 in an hour then I wont have any. Then I'll stand up and get one and then wont have any for another hour. Idk. It's really weird.

Yea, texas is slow. Always has been. But we have great manners. :growlmad:
I feel like such a horrible mom too because I haven't gotten any prenatal care and I'm over half way through. Like, I should've had at least one appointment (that I was able to keep) by now. I hope that OH is right and because it's a Murphy baby it's gunna be "a healthy little shit" to quote him.

...

I'm still sueing if something is wrong with my LO

that sounds like braxton hicks!

and have you called DHS yet? they can help you get results FAST
