So confused!

I am so confused right now. I had my period last month for two days and a week later I got sick. I had heartburn, dirrehea, headaches, rib pain, cramps, sore breasts and breast bones. Never had any of this stuff before with my periods. I then again got my period ten days ago and it is still going. I am still feeling sick with sore breasts and breast bones. I am unsure what this is due to? It seems to me like pregnancy but test says no. With the bc that I have tubal pregnancy is common. Does it sound like that? Anyone else have experience with this?

A tubal would likely give you pain at one side low down.

I'd go to the doctors and get bloods done-this can pick up pregnancy better than a hpt. If not, may help figure out what's going on.
