So confused !!!

I had a scan at 12+5 . Tech said she thinks baby is a boy. She showed me the "potty shot" and it looked like a big while spot with a small white spot on top . I immediately thought "balls and penis" but then I looked online and couldn't find any boy ones that look like what my baby has !
I sent another picture into the gender experts and they again said girl ! They have said girl at 6+2 , 8+2 , 11+5 and 12+5 !! I have had no boy guesses from them. I also found 2 pictures on google that look like my babies potty shot, both babies were girls. I don't want to get my hopes up but how likely is it that the tech could have been wrong about this babies gender ?

Baby had a big white spot like this ^^

But had the second white dot on top like this. ^^ (looked exactly like this one just with a bigger white spot on the bottom like the first picture)
As I said both of these babies were girls. All the boy potty shots I saw look more like little tipis lol this baby had none of that.

From what I've read, the genitals look very similar that early on. So it can be easy to confuse or guess wrong. I wouldn't put too much weight into what anyone says (boy OR girl) this early. It is best to wait for the 16+ week range to get a more reliable scan, as at that age, the genitals are much more discernible.

12 weeks is too early for a potty shot. Can you post your nub picture again without the drawn in lines? Congrats on baby

They can definitely get it wrong. The dr guessed boy at 13 weeks for me by looking at a potty shot and he was wrong

That is so refreshing ! I would love a girl since we have 2 boys and this is our last baby. I've made peace with having another boy and I'm not getting my hopes up for a girl I just hope maybe it's too early to completely abandon ALL hope lol
