So frustrated with ultrasound department and Dr!!!

Sorry big rant coming up....

I'm currently 18 weeks today and having received any appointment letters so I rang them an they said I hadn't even been booked in for 20 week scan and that they will do it now! I'm supposed to be going on holiday next week and don't know what's going on. I went to Dr this morning because I had some brown blood and she said she refer me for a scan and to wait for a letter grrrrrr
