From what I have read (AK books) you should heat it up until v hot then allow to cool. That's fine today (day three of weaning eeek!) as I am near the microwave although it seems like a bit of a faff. What about when we are not at home? Do I just warm it up in some hot water?
Any tips on rewarming ice cube shapes of frozen fruit and veg? At the moment I defrost in fridge overnight in a sterile bottle cap, then float around in a waterbath.... help!
 
I just pulled it out the night before and thawed it in the fridge. As long as it's thawed I wouldn't worry about heating it up. Maybe veggies, but not fruit, I always served his fruit purees cold
 
For fruits, I would put it in the fridge to thaw over night. Like the person above, don't worry about heating up frozen fruit.
