I wouldn't worry about how Alice Anderson sounds, I think it's lovely and goes v well with Thomas and Sophie

Emma isn't outdated and is very very pretty

I'm partial to Isla Ivy and Orla because they were all on my list if I'd ever had a girl

Elsie is very pretty! My OH doesn't like anything you guys or I have suggested, even though he's all like "you can name this baby, I don't care bla bla bla". He suggested Louisa and Gizelle because he had girlfriends with those names when he was a kid. Er, no thanks!

Even "Elise" would be nice... Kinda the same as "Alice" but you don't have the same sounding beginning (although, I think "Alice" is beautiful with your last name too!!)...
