I live in the US but I buy mine at Walmart. I would assume they carry the same products at a Walmart in Canada. Diva Cups are a reusable brand, but from what I can tell you can only get them online. Plus I don't like the idea of having to clean it out and use it again.

I went to their website and it told me what stores carry them, for example I get mine at King Soopers (a grocery store)

If it's before I go to bed I just take it out in the morning. Last night though, I put it in right after, then (TMI warning) had the big O after to suck it up there, then I only left it for a couple of hours. The only stuff in it when I took it out was some watery liquid, so I assume all the stuff got where it needed to go. When in doubt though, leave it in as long as you want up to 12 hours.

im glad to hear that then I think I caught it in time after I inserted cup with donor sperm and pre seed In it I checked my cp and it was so high including the cup. I could barely reach it. Almost scary but yay!!!!!! FX for everyone

Great news, I found soft cups at my local shoppers drug mart! Yay! Btw, how much preseed are you using in the cup? What if your already injecting some directly inside as per the instructions?

I put it in the cup cause I use sperm donor and just a drop. If u put it inside then no need on the cup but if u to I just use a drop.

i just used soft cups for the first time today and i just got a smiley face on a digi opk so here goes fingers crossed for us all im also using conceive plus

I'm using pre-seed, but it's so "slippery" how's conceive plus?

the conceive plus is great cos its matched to cm so i still felt every sensation (tmi) but pree seed and conceive plus are a bit different from what i gather pree seed is just a sperm friendly lube but conceive plus promotes sperm motility and longevity and egg fertilisation also contains vitamins and matches the ph balance of naturel cm and sperm but its not over slipery just right

if your using pree seed then only use a tiny bit i have read somewere that 1/4 of the recomended amount is enough.

i took it out after 8 hrs but there was a big gush of watery fluid (tmi) sorry it was a bit messy to take out but hopfully it will be worth it

I bought mine today for next week! So excited I finally have a chance at getting pregnant this month! I start new fertility meds tomorrow and get the hcg shot sometime next week. I am going to use soft cups when the FS tells me to go home and BD!

Okay ladies, I think I'll hop on the softcups train. I may have to practice putting it in while lying down....then I'll have to do some kind of breathing treatment so I don't freak out over the thought of it getting stuck up there.

I'm only CD5, so I have a few days to practice. If my body decides to be normal this cycle, I should be testing around June 12th.

dont worrie they cant get lost up there its best to squat down when you take it out and try to relax

just wanted tp pop into your conversation to say i am 6 weeks pregnant and used soft cups. i say try them. they are easy to use i left them in all night. i used them immediately after intercourse and here i am. they are not that bad to remove just do a couple kegal strains and pull lol. good luck. i also used them with pre-seed. i used a small amount in me during intercourse then lined the soft cup before i inserted. IT WORKS

a little goes a very long way over use can do the opposite effect. use during intercoure then line the soft cup lightly with the pre-seed that way the sperm has something to help with the flow
