I have a Cath Kidston material ring sling for sale, I think the pattern is "pop flowers". Used maybe once or twice so in very good condition, will put pics up later if anyone's interested?

Pics now up :)

Sorry for the poor quality - had to take the on my DS. Also, Scarlett waas a bit squiggly! Very unwilling model :haha: But that should give you an idea of how it looks on. You can use different holds and ways of doing them online, have LO on your hip, back etc :flower:

Hi. I will let Rianna have it if she still wants it. It's probably a bit girly to carry Ben around in :flower:

Haha baby loulou, well its not intended for my son hes huge now but i wanted one for my next baby - who is not concieved yet so i dont know if i am jumping the gun too much?! Let me have a word with OH tonight! I will get back to you cabaret! Thanks for the message and pics!

Hi, Well he is not impressed he said i should wait untill i am pregnant before buying things. I have to see his point though as we are skint :-( . Im sorry but i think i will have to leave it....*sigh*

Thanks for taking the time and effort of putting the pics up though, it is a very nice sling.

Cabaret mum- can it only be used in a sort of sling position like on your picture? Can it do a baby carrier sort of hold on your front too?

The Liberty Sling website (where it's from) has this list of holds:

Cradle (for newborns and smaller babies)
Tummy to Tummy (good for reflux and burping for little ones)
Kangaroo Carry (for bigger babies)
Hip Carry (bigger babies and toddlers)

You can find other types to use with a ring sling online, but these are the ones recommended by the manufacturers.

So, in a nutshell, yes :) You can use hip and kangaroo holds for bigger babies!

Also, here are the pics from the site:

Hope this helps and isn't too rambly!
