Sore boob

Hi Ladies,

My dd is 1 year old and I'm still BF her. The last couple of days (like, today and yesterday evening) I've had pain in my right boob. It's just one patch on the top and it's sore to the touch - but that includes even just my bra touching it. There's no redness, swelling or heat. Could it be mastitis or does anyone have any other thoughts?

My DS is only 4 weeks and both of mine are sore, even my nightie touching, I don't know how long I can take the pain.
