sore breasts 3 weeks after miscarriage

Hello everyone..I Miscarried September 12th and the bleeding and clots stopped 8 days later...my breasts stayed a lil tender ever since but the past 2 days they have gotton worse..very sore and I have a lot of cramps going on..I have a clump of ewcm early thi morning but none since and have been using opk's since i stopped bleeding and all negative...what do you think is going on with me?

Sorry for you loss! I hope you're healing okay.

I think it's normal enough for your cycle to be wacky after a m/c. I miscarried 2.5 months ago, and I bled for about 10 days afterwards, had one week where I didn't bleed, and then I bled again for another 10 days. My cycles only started to be a normal length again after that (For me, the breast tenderness went up and down without following any kind of logical pattern for a while afterwards too). A quick mental calculation about your situation would mean that you stopped bleeding on the 20th of Sept? That was about 11 days ago. At this point, your body is probably readjusting itself. It's not uncommon that women don't ovulate in the first cycle after they miscarry. Give your body time to heal itself...that's the best advice someone gave me after my miscarriage!
