Sore bump?

Does anyone else have a sore bump? Today I feel like my abdominal muscles are sore all up and down the left and right side of my bump... as if I’ve done 100 crunches. Is this just the muscles stretching? Anyone else have this?

Yes I’ve been having this too and also a stitch like pain on the one side. Midwife said yesterday it’s all just stretching.

I’ve also had this with DD2 and DS but it’s soo painful ! I hoped it’s eased for you now x

Much better now! We are having our kitchen redone so I’ve been doing dishes in a bucket in the bathroom and I think the soreness was from bending over to pick up dishes rather than squatting!
