Sore Eyes......HELP!

I have cried so much the last couple of days my eyes hurt badly! Particularly under my bottom eye lid where I have wiped so much. It is sore to the touch. Any suggestions on to how to make it better?

cold cucumber. or a cold flannell to sooth it.

As above and maybe an eye wash?? My oh uses them all the time and he says they are great!

You can get moisturising eye drops from pharmacys and places like boots.

dont know if this is a cronic thing or a once thing but eye pain is a sign of a b vitamin deficiency...you could try b-complex to correct it.
