So I started up menstruation real early for a bf baby....probably because I supplement I only get 3 breaks to pump at work and baby drinks more than that! So yes we supplement try as hard not to. When I'm off work baby is ebf. Also baby started sttn
So I started my period. Light one just got the depo shot not to long ago....
When baby nurses there on fire!! Ouch and I only pumped one ounce. My supply is super low. I think baby is trying to eat more and sucking harder to get more milk.
Help how do I get my nipples to not hurt. Feels like she has teeth biting and clamping down!
