sore pee hole

I had a catheter in for an epidural but my LO was born a week ago and I have been fine until now. I was badly constipated could that have caused it? Or could it be do with constantly wearing pads? I've switched to always now as my bleeding isn't too bad though it has really only been from I switched that it's sore.

Could be the always? are you using the sensitive ones? I had the same issue after giving birth. I think the always was scratching it. Try pads for sensitive skin (when I used always sensitive it started to get better)

mine has always had a bruised feeling since having a catheter, is also did alot of pushing while it was in, it can take a while to feel a bit more"right"
