sorry a bit TMI but prolonged diarohea what could it be?

Well i have had diarohea (sp?) now for going on 2-3 month. The gp has just started me on mebevrine to see if it could be IBS but if no joy from that I will need to go and have a camera up my back passage hoep it doesnt come to that but just wondering what would they be looking for with the camera :-/ what could be causing this?
The mebevrine ive been given to see if its IBs hasnt doen anything yet but im only on day 2 of taking it soo :-/

yeah ive had loadsa blood tets all came back clear :-/
