Sorry.... Another eBay question!

I sold something on eBay, by recorded delivery. The person sent me a message saying he hadn't received it. I tracked it and it's been received and signed for (by a different name than he's using). I sent him a message saying from my end it's been signed for so it must be there somewhere. He sent me a message back saying no I haven't received it. Argh. Where do I stand. It cost me £7 more to send than I made on it!

Does the tracking info say what address it was received at?

He lives At flat 13b, the post office said their computer didn't recognise that so it was sent to 13. He is still saying he didn't get it, the signature is a wiggle and it's not his name so I can only assume someone else has taken it. I've got the receipt, ill see what the post office say tomorrow
