Please could someone confirm this is 1000mg and not 100mg? I am taking one per day.

if thats your current chart it looks to me like you ovulated 3 days ago so i would stop the vitex for now till af arrives, most people i read only do it until ovulation then stop

I didn't think I had because my CM/CP/OPK's didn't show that I was going to?

I would go with 1000mg. And I would email the manufacturer to be like WTF?
