Sorry for the TMI ladies

I think I might have a pile :/ I've never had them before so I don't know what to think. I just noticed it there in the shower, it's like a bit of loose skin at my bum hole (sorry!!) is there anything I can do? I'm only guessing that, can't think of what else it could be.

Oh my gosh.. I was just about to write a thread like this.. Noticed I have a piece of skin hanging out as well in the shower! Im assuming its a pile, but dont sure Its not irritating me or painful, just wanted to know what to look out for and what to do?
