Sorry random how do i make photos smaller?

When I try to load photo its always to big

If it's on your phone, take a screenshot of the picture and upload the screenshot instead as it'll be a smaller resolution. Alternatively you could use a photo editing app to resize the original picture before uploading.

The screen shot is the only thing that all work for me too. You might have to crop it afterwards but it should work.
