Soy Isoflavones question

The science behind the clomid days goes like this:

2-6: produces a few eggs in the hope that one or more will be release to be caught and hope that they're mature enough
5-9: produces one good mature egg
3-7: is a bit in between but (in my opinion only), I feel this is missing the key days like day 2 to start building more than 1 egg and then 8&9 to strengthen the maturation.

You'll see from my protocol I took Soy on 2-6 to produce some good eggs but I also continued with a. Lower dose days 7,8&9 to aid the maturation process as much as I could.

That's my theory anyway, seemed to work :) x

Very informative, thank you!!!

I want to try this one my round before going to clomid again. It was really harsh on my body..

Wishing you the best of luck. Please feel free to ask any more questions and I'll do my best to answer. You've tried for as long as I did, and it's hell. I was due to take clomid but soy saved me.

:dust:

Thank you! Yes it has been quite the road.. Wishing something good would come!

Have you tried evening primrose oil? Or heard anything about it?

I didn't do anything with EPO until late pregnancy, so unfortunately I don't know much about that.

It will happen for you soon, the wait is the hardest x
