I hadn't awful SPD when I was pregnant. One of my legs would give way and in the end my mom had to drop me off and pick me up from work so I didn't have to walk from where I used to park.
After a couple of months it suddenly decided to go!

My son is two and two months now, I've been worried that I've not exactly prolapsed but everything is lower. I've had two internals, one I mentioned during a smear and they say it looks fine even though it's extremely easy to see and reach my cervix than before. Wearing a tampon is noticeably uncomfortable because my cervix feels lower. I ocassionally feel like I need a poo all of the time, when I don't. This happens on and off. My vagina and lower abdomen aches a lot for an entire day after an orgasm. I also pee a lot, in general, but more so after having my son. I don't feel like it's all out so I go back to wee a minute later to only have a trickle. I can't sit through a film at the cinema without going for a wee. Last time o was so close to the end of the film I waited it out, I had a mild panic attack because I genuinely thought if I stood up I would wet myself. I haven't wet myself from coughing or sneezing though, yet.

Since last night I feel like I've been kicked in the vagina/bum area, I figured it was due to an orgasm, and today it hasn't been so bad. But throughout today I've been getting a horrible sore and painful ache around my left hip. It's progressively getting more uncomfortable to the point I cant put my weight on it without it feeling more painful and weak as if my leg will go from under me.

If I'm sat down the pain is milder and I almost forget about it.but as soon as I'm up again it gets worse and worse. It also gives me a bit of pain around the lower left abdomen.

I might try and get an appointment at the doctors tomorrow.

But has anyone experienced SPD. After having a baby??

I feel like the potential prolapse/everything not quite as strong as it was and this SPD pain is related. It definitely feels like it did when I was pregnant.

This definitely sounds like some sort of pelvic floor dysfunction, not SPD. The fact you have symptoms of a prolapse definitely points to something not being quite right in your pelvic floor. SPD is more pain caused by the loosening of the soft tissues due to hormones when you're pregnant, though it shouldn't cause a prolapse, that's due to muscle weakness itself. But just having the muscles be all out of whack in your pelvis, either weak or damaged or imbalanced, like tight in one area but weak in another, will definitely contribute to pelvic prolapse, and pain can be caused by the strain put on the SI joints (which are the two joints in your back at either side of your pelvis) and the pubic joint. It can cause you to have an overactive bladder and have trouble pushing the poo all the way out, plus just make things feel like they are all out of place down there. I have SI joint dysfunction (where those joints are constantly popping in and out of alignment) and also joint hypermobility, where all my joints are just really loose and my soft tissues aren't very supportive. I have very much like what you describe, the prolapse and also the pain, and they've connected it to a pelvic floor dysfunction and also the ongoing problems I have with my SI joints. You might see an osteopath or chiropractor who does soft tissue work. I do find this helps when it's really painful. But also see your doctor and see if they can refer you to physiotherapy or a pelvic floor specialist, who can assess you and hopefully give you some exercises for sorting it out. I also find that exercise that works the hips and pelvis (spinning or cycling does it for me) followed by stretches also help a lot.
