SPD uk and getting baby out?

I had horrendous spd last time amongst other things and they let me go into 41+6 I was due an induction at 42!
I left work at 29 weeks I couldn't take it anymore, I was crawling around by the end.

Edit to add, my pain went the instant he was born, no physio needed after the birth at all.

I had SPD with all of mine, it's horrible...
Just wondering are you due to have a c-section anyway or due to the SPD? I'm only asking as the labour wasn't too bad and the pain went as soon as baby was born with my two. No physio required!

yea I have to have a section due to having 2 before. my hospital don't like to do vbac after 2 sections.

I have to have physio regardless because my stomach muscles have weakened a lot. I think they are fine but the midwife doctor noticed that when I sit up from laying my stomach cones so referred me because of that as well.
