Hi! My OH and I are planning on BD'ing on the 17th (one day before suspected ovulation), but we won't be able to see each other for a few days prior. I told him that he should "relieve" himself

on his own on the 15th so he has fresh but sufficient sperm for the 17th. Is this correct? Is two days' time enough to regenerate sperm but still have them be fresh and lively? Just wondering. Thank you!
