Sperm tests

has anyone ever used one of the at home sperm tests before? I am considering it after this cycle, but wanted to make sure they weren't just a waste of money. The one i'm looking at supposedly checks motility and count.

I've been making sure that DH has been taking a daily multivitamin too which i don't know if it is helping.

I've heard good things about them. They generally will tell you number and motility but they don't tell you quality but to do at home I say they are worth it!

My OH paid $75 for one tested at the lab without insurance. We considered the OTC tests but they aren't as accurate and can't detect as many issues. It is a non threatening way to start getting some answers. Check out reviews for your specific test on Amazon.
