Sports bras any good

So I'm 13w 5d
And my boobs were killer painful Monday in the middle of the night so I dug out an old sports bra and my goodness it felt so good so I've now taken to wearing a sports to bed and in the day (a diff one) is this a good idea.???

Sports bras and boob tubes really helped me, they were so comfortable.

As long as it is not super-tight, they are a great option. Like most things in pregnancy, if something feels comfortable, it is probably safe. Within the bounds of common sense, of course.
