Spotting after bowel movement?? Sorry TMI!)

Have had a very strange cycle?! Heres a recap!

started with
First week:
-boobs normally really sore-hardly noticeable this month
-been really tired all week but getting same Sleep as normal. Am fine and then it can just hit me like a ton of bricks!
-woke up 5dpo and 7dpo during the night feeling nauseous and couldn't get back to sleep.
-feeling more down than normal for pmt
-been really congested at night

8-10 dpo fine

At 10 dpo I felt a nipping feeling to the left and inside of my belly button. nothing i have experienced before.

Started spotting at 11dpo, just a slight streak when I wiped (TMI ), which has gotten a bit more substantial later. (Still no need for pad or tampon, only when I wipe). also quite crampy earlier. like AF pains, though did have a pain going through my side and back that isnt normal.

Spotting continued at 12dpo til about mid day, again just when I wipe, nothing on pants.
Its had stopped to about early afternoon today 13dpo

But i have just realised that I only seem to be spotting after bowel movements, so does this mean it could be old blood rather than period flow?? Gosh I hope so!

But with AF due tomorrow, and still BFNs its not looking hopeful.

I think this looks really hopeful! I am guessing that it is Implantation bleeding and when you poo the muscles contract inside and push out the blood. If this has not happened to you in the past I think it is a good sign!!! If for some reason you are not pg and it keeps happening, it might be an inflamed cervix...but it really sounds promising to me!!
