Spotting and constipation linked?

Hi,
I've been spotting since yesterday but ie noticed that it gets worse when I try to or have a bowel movement.
I'm wondering if this is at all linked and maybe am not miscarrying after all?
Anyone else had this?

Yes I have this too. Apparently it's due to a sensitive cervix and when you strain it can cause spotting from the cervix.

This is Tmi but when I'm really constipated it makes me bleed and I have to check where its coming from :/
