Spotting for 3 weeks.

Not sure this is the right place to be posting, so move elsewhere if it's not!

Basically, my periods have always been irregular. In December I got a positive pregnancy test, but shortly after started bleeding heavily and unfortunately it was a chemical pregnancy.

For nearly 3 weeks now I have been spotting, mainly brown blood. It's usually just there when I wipe. I have done a few HPT and they are negative. Any idea what else could be going on? I have never had spotting like this before. I do have a doctors appointment booked for Thursday but thought I'd see if anybody had the same experience!

I have the spotting every month--not due to a miscarriage, though. I have an appointment scheduled on Monday at 9:45 and will let you know if I get an explanation for mine that may be related to yours. Didn't want to read and run. It could be your hormones readjusting.
