Stabbing pains all night?

I've been having stabbing pains all night just above my pubic bone that have been waking me up...also nauseated and shaky.. tmi maybe but woke up this morning and had diarrhea and pain in my upper bump but the stabbing pain in the lower area hasn't stopped, I don't know what to think it is?

What should I do?
