Stains on bra, but no leakage

I noticed water like marks on my bra around the nipple area that won't wash out, but nothing's coming out of my nipples. What is this?

I also have that, it is most likely some leakage at some point in time throughout when you're wearing the bra. I've noticed a little discharge that is almost crusty on my nipples and then the spots in my bra. I asked my doc and he said it was completely normal!
