Rach - yep it is after both of those, it is fab you can do it for up to 30 mins and you can switch over the channel so you can watch tv whilst you do it and the wii remote tells you how long you have left!! :happydance:

Hanny - Wooop! I love my journal!! .. I shall be looking to you for meal ideas, I can't believe how fab I feel, never in my life would I think about eating so much food in one day!!! :happydance:

Sounds like you are doing well hun keep up the good work.Ive just said in Hannahs topic too that asda's low fat frozen ready meals are good,5 for 4 pound.The lasagne one is yummy!
Also if you like things like cottage pie,spag bol,chilli etc try making them with turkey mince instead of minced beef as it is much leaner and still very tasty. x
