Weigh in day again.. and I've lost 1lb .. I actually think I've lost 1.5lb but the wii fit doesn't work in .5s!!

Don't think I've done too bad considering I haven't done any exercise this week and I've not ate brilliantly and I had a late tea last night!

I have always found that honestly writing down what I eat encourages me not to binge etc etc.. especially on an online forum where everyone can see.. I don't want people thinking I'm a big fat pig :blush::rofl:

But I've been sticking to ww and I weighed on friday and lost 2lb!!

I have lost just over 7lb / half a stone now so I'm really pleased!

My aim is to lose between 1-2 lb a week.. Until I get down to my goal .. 21lb to go!

I am having problems eating all my points without eating late at night!
Really need to get into a routine!
