Starting to miscarry!!

Just got the call from the doctor that my hcg levels are dropping. 12064 on the 25th and now 10900. He wants me to decide on natural or D&E. He is really wanting me to do the D&E to study the tissue to see why things didn't work. I don't know what to do!!
This is a nightmare, so awful. Now I have 4 Angels!
