I am so sorry for your loss, you must be devastated.

I had my D&E this morning and I chose to have a specialist pathologist look at the foetus remains to check if there were any reasons other than genetic abnormalities for my foetus' heartbeat to stop. I suppose its down to personal choice - but if your emotionally drained this obviously makes it harder to know what to do for the best. If this is your fourth loss I don't know what routes you have taken previously but you have to pick the one that you feel suits you best, wether this be to go for the D&E or to let nature takes its course. I hope you can come to a decision soon.
