Status of Job Application

Since I lost my job during pregnancy I am now job hunting since my LO is 2 months old and we definitely need some money coming in.

I recently applied at a local hospital for a great position in the ICU. The application was all online and they sent an email saying they received it and that they will contact me if interested.

That being said do you think I should call to follow up? Even though the email said they will contact me on the basis of wanting to set up an interview?

What would you do?

I know its hard but I'd try and hold off calling them for another week. x

depends was it sent from someone personally or was it an automated email reply if the last then i would call to check they recieved everything ok, if it was from someone then they would have checked before replying so no need to call them.

having said that a call shows your interested x
