I had my consultant app today to discuss a possible csection.
This is twice now I have opened up about my labour experiance to two different proffesionals and I have cried.
I had a traumatic birth and had a late diagnosis of PND. Still to this day its a sensitive subject and dont really talk about it, just me and my partner talk about it. Crazy I thought I was ok and moved on. Its been 4 years they must think im such a wuss X

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this :( I wish I could offer advice. Hopefully this pregnancy/Labour goes a lot smoother for you <3

My first birth and delivery was traumatic as well. I was so nervous when I became pregnant again that I worried endlessly about the birth, but to my surprise and relief my second and third went a lot smoother. I'm hoping it'll be the same for you but I can understand your anxiety :hugs:

Maybe it's more nerves hence the crying..so embarrassing. They have a arranged some talking therapy for me. Hoping this will help x
