Hey ladies.

So this is baby number 4 for me. I started this pregnancy at the most I've ever weight. I started at 204. My other three I was 150.

Anyways. I started at 204 have had zero sickness. Still eating plenty but am actually losing weight still and actually look smaller then when I found out. Im now down to 197. I also had a bump with my other three at this point. I don't think anythings wrong but it seems so very strange. Anyone else actually smaller or thinner then when they found out. My 12 week ultrasound everything was perfect. Actually measured ahead by 4 days.

I've attached a picture. Left is 4 weeks right is today at 13+6. Not a huge difference but definitly no bump and smaller lol

I'm losing weight, on purpose but I've always lost weight when pregnant even when eating way too much food. My midwife is happy. I don't know what I weigh in pounds, but I think I had lost 25ish by the end of my last pregnancy and another 15 as soon as she waa born. Packed on a lot of weight after that though.

I've been losing weight all last year so I'm just used to it now. I put weight back on in early preg from stress eating so just trying to balance that out. I was 253lbs a year ago and about 185 I think right now (I work in kg).

I only ate junk food last time and eat very nutritionally dense foods now so feel happy with how things are going.

Me!

Although now, I'm about back to what I was originally when i got pregnant (i'm 18 weeks today, but at 14 weeks I weighed less than when I got pregnant).

I lost about 6 pounds, and not from morning sickness or food aversions. Honestly, largely it was probably because I stopped drinking beer. And I was eating pretty healthy. Not like SUPER healthy, but I was more conscious of what I was eating.

I think (and my doctors have agreed) as long as I'm not TRYING to lose weight, I'm fine. My body knows what it's doing, especially because i was certainly not underweight to begin with (a bit over, but not much).

Our bodies are crazy things!!!!

I definitely noticed a FIRMER belly long before I noticed any size increase. But this is my first, so I know that's different.

Well glad I'm not alone :) it just seemed so odd to me. I can't honestly complain as I was overweight to begin with so as long as it's not hurting me or baby then I'm sure my body knows what it doing. I'm beyond excited for my bump to come though lol. Although I'm sure it will be a little later showing this time with being bigger already.

i've lost weight. It wasn't until six and a half months that I managed to gain two and a half pounds. But, before that I was down 22 pounds. I have an appointment tomorrow and I'll see how much I've gained in three weeks but I don't think it's going to be a whole lot. I'll update you. my doctor says I'm doing really well and has been pretty pleased with my weight. I feel healthy and I'm eating, not for two and not the monster meals expected of me but I am eating enough.

I initially lost 7lbs from HG and then maintained up until probably 16-18 weeks then suddenly at 22 weeks I'm now up 12lbs!? It's funny how pregnancy works! (This is my first)

I gained weight after my first (way too much- I think it was meds I was on for ppa/ppd)... I stopped taking them when I found out I was pregnant, and I've lost 10lbs at 15 weeks (definitely not trying to, but it's been steadily going down just under a pound a week!). Doctors haven't said anything to me yet- probably because I'd become so overweight before :/
I did lose around 6lbs during the first tri last time, but when 2nd tri started I gained incredibly quickly... being on bed rest the last 10 weeks didn't help at all!!

I've lost 15lbs since before pregnancy which is no bad thing. I've only gained one back. The weight loss is down to hyperemesis. I was talking to the dietitian at my last appointment & she seemed concerned but the doctors & midwives haven't mentioned it.
