stocking ideas

i want to do my 3 stockings this year because oh has to work xmas moring and dosnt get home till lunch time so to stop them whinge toopen there presents i thought id do them stocking to keep them occupied for a bit i have a 4 year old boy a 2 year old boy and 7 month old girl

any ideas woulod be much appriciated has i have no clue has i have never done them before

4 month girl
a pair of shoes or socks
a bib
a bottle of baby shampoo
travel pack of wipes
rattle or teething ring
pacifier
board book or cd
any small toys
container of formula or milk storage bags depending on food situation

2 year old boy
legos
sippy cup
snacks and cookies he likes
play-doh
socks
toddler toothbrush with a fun character
night light
bath toy
dvd

7 year old boy
dvd
school flash cards
candies, fruit snacks, etc.
travel game
pack of markers or crayons
blowing bubbles
bouncy balls

my 7yr old has:

flashing ball
clackers (80-90's toy)
catch-a-bubbles
car in an egg (like a kinder toy)
bag of toy soldiers
2 mini jigsaws
pez dispenser and pez sweets
superted book by ladybird
stretchy alien
mini rubix cube
2 dinosaurs
gogos
spiderman stickers and wallet
colouring pencils and colouring set


lots of little things that will keep him amused for short times

To keep them occupied a bit longer why not for the older two try the following:

Place small items into cellophane bags with different coloured ribbon for each child and hide them round the house!! Also if you had the time you could make it into a treasure hunt and write them clues to each item x
