stomach pain remedies??? please....14weeks

Hi, I'm posting this in both 1st &2nd tri threads. I have a stomach problem that seems different than anything else I've had. (& I've had horrible ms, ulcers, and constipation in the past but this doesn't seem to be any of these.)
its a full feeling, but not (make sense?) it kind of feels like there's a hard lump in my stomach that is putting pressure on everything. I can't eat, sleep or even move comfortably.
any remedies? Or guesses of what this is?

Perhaps indigestion?
