stone age diet/

has any one done this diet i dont need to loose weight but its been recomended by a allergy doctor for my chronic fatigue syndrome just wondered if any one has done it?

Is that the same as the Paleolithic diet? If so, yes, I do know quite a bit about it

I'm not sure hub I've never heard of that diet the consultant gave me so
E leaflets but it doesn't explain it that well you can't have sugar or wheat and only at certain times can you eat lentils ect I'll post a link tomorrow

is it the one where you just eat raw food like the cavemen diet? like fresh fruit and veg and healthy natural non cooked foods?
