strange pain

u wouldnt think ive been pregnant before lol but ive just sat down and got a very dull pain in my back, which felt like the start of a contraction and then my stomach has gone tight and is very sore.

could this be a very strong braxton hicks?
i have been doing alot of walking today so i might have pushed myself abit too much :/

Ive had that today as well with a lot of period pains could be BH i know mine have been getting very strong lately hope u feel better soon x

luckly it faded and now im just stuffed from my dinner hahaha

i suppose u just feel more when its not ur first. i had a panic for a second thinking omg its a contraction hahaha
