Strange Rash on Stomach.. please help!!

My AF was due 20th of this month.. I thought I was out this month as I saw some pink discharge when wiped on 17th but same thing happened yesterday and today and nothing on the pad. I convinced myself that it may be a light period because I don't have much symptoms. I missed my FMU today. After that I saw a strange rash on my stomach which looked like raised red bumps but not itchy.. it disappeared after I took bath..
Now I am driving myself crazy .. could I be pregnant? Please respond if anyone has gone through something similar to this.. Thanks in advance
