Stress lumps?

I never had these before well not that I've noticed anyway but for the last 6 months i have had little lumps on my neck (not spots like little lumps that hurt) .. but thought nothing of them and they usually went on there own but they come back a lot ..

Now iv noticed the size of a 10p lumps on my head i had 2 a few weeks back really painful but from what i know they have gone but now got 2 more solid lumps .. Should i go to my GP and see what they can do or will it just be something i get when I'm very stressed?

I don't want to read up on Google anymore as it just tells me really intense and upsetting things which ends up worrying me leading to more stress

I'd go to the gp they could ge glands or little cysts. Best to go and get checked out. X
