I have noticed that being stress causes braxton hicks.

But when should I be worried? I feel as if I am overly stressed and I don't want it to harm the baby.

Can anyone help? I have no idea what to do

:hugs: I don't know either, because this happens to me. I am very stressed out all the time and it causes BH and sometimes I get nervous because they will hurt.

I hope I find an answer here, too.
:hugs:

Yeah I feel ya lol. They say stress can cause premature labor so then it really scares me...

Yeah, I'm scared of premature labor too and I don't want to risk going to premature labor whether it is at 25 weeks or 35 weeks. :(

I suffer from depression and stress/anxiety and I had to go off all of my medicine once I got pregnant because it wasn't healthy for LO. I have had anxiety attacks atleast once a week since getting pregnant, sometimes twice a day. I would let your doctor know of your concerns, and if they don't give much helpful advice, I really try and listen to relaxing music while laying in a dim room, or deep breathing.
Try not to worry it only adds more stress. :)
