How long does it take for your boobs to fill back up..

Just, with Caitlyn being on me every feed now (yes I did it!) she seems to want more after she's done with the second one. Is there any point me sticking her bk on the first one?

Wow! Well done...can't believe you've got her off the bottles, especially with the amount she was feeding!!

They're never really completely empty, as you'll be making more milk as you feed her...so even though the first one won't be really full she'll still get milk out of it. I feel like I won't have enough for Sam in the evenings sometimes as he'll seem to finish a feed and 5 minutes later want more, and it feels like I've got nothing left, but he'll go on and start happily gulping so they must have more in than I think! x

The bottles make her really sicky. She is hardly ever sick with my boobs. Maybe the milk doesn't agree with her, I dunno. She's happy enough now. Although sometimes she will want to be on me for hours and hours like she was at the beginning. She is alot happier now she has mummy time back!

She pushes bottles away and her dummy! She really was a booby monster in disguise!!

Takes my boobs about an hour to 'refil' from empty or almost empty IF I've been well hydrated throughout the day. For me that means 64 - 128 oz of fluid.

When I only get 64oz, it takes almost 2 hours vs closer to one hour with 128oz.

Sam's still sometimes on me for hours but I love it! Only in the evenings when he wants a bit of a comfort suck and he's sleepy though. Glad she's happy...still can't believe you managed to do it x

Hi just a thought....
You said you thought maybe she had reflux? breastmilk is a natural antacid so maybe she is on more due to that reason? just a though as tabs is a bit like that as soon as it seems there is no more she comes off then wants to go back on again and she is a reflux baby on anti sickness meds.
