Hi there, I am curious to know if other women have had a Sub Chorionic Hemorrhage after having an IUD. And I don't mean if you got pregnant with an IUD. Did you have an IUD, had it removed, got pregnant within 3 months or less, THEN have a SCH????
I got pregnant in 2011 three days after having my IUD removed. By week 12, I had a huge SCH. The rest of the story was one in a million, an experience my MFM Drs had never seen so I wont share.
But now that I want to get pregnant again, I wonder if other women feel their SCH was due to having had an IUD. My MFM Dr said to have it removed, then use another form of BC for a month or so..... But when I asked if my SCH was from getting pregnant so quickly after an IUD was removed the last time he said no. But why recommend the wait if it wasn't?
